This is our newest property, being let for the first time in August 2001. Bennett is located three doors away from our other holiday home Augusta, it is also in a peaceful conservation area nestling between the town centre and sea, yet only a very short walk (a few hundred metres) from the beach, shops and all amenities.

Bennett was built in 1922 along with the house next door by a local family who have owned the house until last year when we were fortunate enough to acquire it. Despite extensive modernisation Bennett has changed little in appearance since 1922, it still retains its early character but now contains gas fired central heating and double glazing throughout, providing a very comfortable, cosy holiday home, ideal for any time of year.

This property features UPVC double glazed windows and gas central heating with thermostatic controlled radiators throughout along with instant hot water all included in our price. On street parking

sleeps up to eight: All rooms have radiators with thermostatic valves allowing you to adjust the temperature in each room.
