The Royal Air Force Air Defence Radar Museum was opened in October 1994 by Air Marshall Sir John Allison.The Museum, a registered charity, traces the histry and development of RADAR, Air Defence and Battle Management from the mid 1930's to the modern computer technology of today.

The end of the Cold War means that the secret world of Air Defence is now open to all.

Opening hours: 10:00hrs to 17:00hrs
(last entry 15:00hrs) on the following days :
2nd Saturday of each month, Bank Holiday Mondays and every Tuesday and Thursday from 3rd April to the end of September.Prices (correct at time of site creation)
