We were very lucky to be allowed into the museum to see the current work in progress, and the boats have been beautifully restored.
We do not have many images of the restored boats at the moment, but we do hope to rectify this.

One thing that came across when we were inside the museum was the immense pride of those involved in a job which is well done. If the attitude of this gang of volunteers is anything to go by then I am positive the museum is going to be a rip roaring success.

If you have **any** images, on your PC or Mac, of the town etc. then we would very much like to use them on this site. We can accept images in .tiff, .png. .jpeg, .gif, .psp, .bmp formats with ease - for other file formats please let us know.
We can only accept & display photographs if you advise us you own the copyright in them

As the site is not for profit I can't pay any licence fee or royalty's but would gladly gladly show / credit (©) you as being the contributor of the picture.

ALL IMAGES © - If you need to use an image then please ask first - 99% of the time permission will be granted to use the image, it's just that I want to know where the image is being used and to ensure bandwidth is not be "stolen" by someone linking direct to an image.
