Augusta Street is located in a quiet conservation area nestling between the town centre and sea yet all the shops and amenities are but a few hundred metres away. The house itself was built around 1870 along with its two neighbours by three brothers from a fishing family and is changed little in appearance since that time. The property benefits from extensive refurbishment and boast gas fired central heating and double glazing.
